A Little Girl
by Laura Allen
A giggle gaggle oogle woogle was standing behind a rock.
He saw an unhappy girl walking along.
He said, “I’m over here. Come closer. There, I won’t hurt you.
Be kind and others will be kind to you.”
Then he hopped off in a giggle gaggle oogle woogle kind of way
“Silly creature,” the little girl thought, “How can I be kind? I am a misfit and everyone knows misfits cannot be kind.
Everyone except that giggle gaggle oogle woogle.”
She kept thinking about what he said as she walked along home.
She felt alone and maybe, just maybe if she thought she was kind, then maybe she would feel kind and YES she just might be kind someday!
“Oh, how exciting,” she thought, and just then she started to hop in a giggle gaggle oogle woogle kind of way.
